I have three whole days to get our island looking a little more interesting. Studio builds, communal space, amphitheater's, its all going on now! The more time I spend in this huge open space the more acutely I am aware of the things I chose to be in there. Take the wooden studio huts for example,

Plain and simple spaces for artists to play in. I like the blend of old and new but essentially I'm still building things I am familiar with in a world that is boundless. A primitive four wall hut (with glass windows might I add) seems basic right? A space within a space?
In laying out the foundations, communal spaces, places for people to gather and share ideas, not just perform or display is very important. This space here,

Will be the telehub, the spot that you arrive at once you teleport to Leodis. A general meeting point for all. So this is the progress so far one day in! I have a few friends who are artists in Second Life, Chi5 Shenzhou and
Fau Ferdinand who are helping with the builds. They are far more skilled than I am and have lots of resources to contribute. Many thanks to you two! :)
Here are a few more images and links,
Performance space? Exhibition's? Just ideas..
